Learn how to manage product status (active/draft) efficiently using the Bulk Product Editor.

Overview

Product status determines whether products are visible to customers in your store. The Bulk Product Editor allows you to activate, deactivate, or draft multiple products simultaneously.

Accessing Product Status Field

  1. Navigate to the Bulk Product Editor
  2. Select the products you want to edit using filters
  3. In the modification section, select "Status" from the field dropdown

Status Options

Active

  • Products are visible to customers

Draft

  • Products are hidden from customers
